This was very tasty, perhaps my cellar is better at aging, compared to others comments, but this was delicious. Acid, fat mouth feel, a bit buttery. Wonderful… I hope I can find the others that CellarTracker says I have!!!

It was probably passed time to drink. I poured it out. Jan thought it was actually back of the palate while I thought it tasted like high viscosity water.

White peach and citrus on a creamy palate. Didn’t find the smokiness or the piney notes that others had. Seems to have aged very nicely. Paired beautifully with lobster, and (coincidentally) with fresh, ripe NJ white peaches.

Remarkably different from my last tasting note of '14. At that point, the piney, resinous notes prominent at release were already receding. Now they're gone. Has matured into a really classy Burgundy, with gold hue, nice nuttiness and no premox to be found. Bit of honey emerging. Just a nice middleweight. Not sure if it will continue to age this gracefully but this is sipping nicely, especially for the price.

As Claire mentioned, this is a little low on the acid we expect from pretty much all white burgundies(and far less than Chablis). I still think it is very nice, surprising oak for the price point. That could also be a lot of lees stirring, masquerading as oak. Nice body, moderate complexity , and moderate finish. Great value.
