Monday, March 7, 2022 - Highly sought after in France; I am pleased to have gotten a few bottles. A profound Chinon in both color and flavor. A deep dive into black berries followed by a voluptuous , spicy finish. Delicious to drink and savor on its own, but really shines with a rich meal of game or roast lamb . Drinking beautifully now
