Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Light to medium yellow in color. Initially reductive on the nose which over time reveals gorgeous aromas of white stone fruits, lemon zest, yellow flowers and herbs. Intense and creamy at the same time, the palate shows citrus poached stone fruits buttressed by excellent acidity, energetic saline notes and a very long mineral laden finish. Excellent!
