Sunday, October 4, 2009 - A: Very orange and clear. Some soapy like substance on the top of the wine.
N: Smokey macerated strawberry, cinnamon vanilla cupcake. Strawberry rhubarb pie.
T: Tart berries lighter than the nose. Not a lot of tannins but enough.
F: Long blueberry and red apple skin. Woodsy
Overall: Little bitter at first. Really opened up with time. First real old Biale we have had. Absolutely beautiful.
