Wednesday, May 25, 2022 - BTG at Les 110 de Taillevent in Paris. Super-impressive. I’d requested an earthy red to complement the cheese plate, and was a bit trepidatious with this recommendation. Turns out the rec outperformed handily. The tannins and peppery, savory fruit were in fine balance. I need to find more of these.
