Sunday, September 26, 2021 - some trouble with the cork so had to decant. green and black pepper on the nose, bright and/but bold fruit forward, transitions to the green vegetables of the nose, then transitions to crispy spice and black pepper. a little short on the finish and the very nice initial complexity waned after a couple hours so maybe past its peak but still wonderful!
