Monday, June 12, 2023 - (100% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, dosage 4 gr/L)
Light yellow colour with greenish hue and a very youthful nose showing green apples, minerals and a hint of lime. Nice and smooth with a greenish apples acidity with a creamy smoothness showing a pleasant lime bitterness on the finish.
(Probably best with 0-4 years extra cellaring)
