Friday, June 19, 2015 - Screwcap. Very cloudy appearance. Light, bright red colour with a hint of orange. Soft, mature nose, with notes of red cherry, plum, star anise, and forest floor. Palate is structured around strong, hard, smooth acidity and powdery tannins. Bright fruit flavours of orange juice and red cherry, with hints of dry twigs, anise, and bay leaf.
