Friday, January 16, 2009 - I enjoyed this thorougly, however I wish it didn't come off as sweet. Full of tropical fruits, mango, as well as stone fruits, moreso on the palate. Viscous, oily texture with an off dry finish. This is an intense white that again I wish was fermented bone dry. Interesting blend too! Would appeal to quite the audience.
