Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Ruby/brick-red. This bottle seems less evolved than previous bottles, although plenty of tertiary elements showing. Aroma of pine, liquorice, gingerbread, flowers. Flavours of plum tart, oak, resin, chocolate. Bone dry. Delicious with food.
