Wednesday, May 30, 2018 - This drank so beautifully last night. Seemingly perfectly aged with medium-sweetness and gorgeous succulent acidity. Finishes with a lovely mineral tang and age has softened this into a complex wine that just floats over the tongue. Still palate-staining intensity that hangs on the tongue long after the wine has passed. Really superb.
