Sunday, June 18, 2017 - Shiny light ruby with rusty edges. Intense and intoxicating perfume of new saddle, cranberry, blackcurrant, eucalyptus with background notes of milk chocolate and clove. Amazing freshness and energy for a mature Bordeaux. High acidity on the palate concealing an undercurrent of sweet fruit. Light bodied with supple tannins. Almost Burgundian. A food wine.
