Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Ganevat Dinner (San Francisco): Pretty and very mineral driven nose with just a hint of apples, lemon, and slight honey note that emerged with air. The palate shows slightly riper notes but still has that mineralilty in the forefront and a interesting lemon/orange zest note. Good acidity and nice finish. Lovely wine and some preferred this over the other Marnes Bleues (especially on the palate), but for me the 09 was just a bit more complete.

    We should do something similar in our neck of the woods. Maybe a Arnoux-Lachaux themed dinner?
