Thursday, April 20, 2017 - Bold but smooth; very harmonious flavors. Stewed blackberry, plum and figs. Baking spices, nutmeg in particular, along with some black pepper and cedar. A gorgeous lengthy finish where the fruit takes on a brambly hue and fruit liquior qualities.
