consistent notes peach, cream, white florals, underripe mango, saline, lemon, crushed rock, citrus zest and ginger spice. Still retained richness on the palate, although the orchard fruit was a little more underripe for more of a cooler climate feel.

acidity was much more sharp and had a bigger mineral finish compared to the 2011
