Monday, October 28, 2013 - Popped (or, more accurately, twisted) and poured. Everything I love about Oregon Pinot was in this bottle. Fragrant red fruits (strawberry, underripe cherry) with a touch of cherry-pit/bitter almond lending depth and complexity. The finish was long and creamy with a hint of vanilla. Finessed, elegant and so very more-ish.
