Sunday, April 19, 2015 - MW Institute 2010 Bordeaux Tasting (Sydney, Australia): Meaty and earthy nose with some floral notes and a mineral element to it. Fresh on the palate, sparking the taste buds into action. Good length with really fine tannin structure. Really liked this wine and its purity.

7/21/2015 6:00:00 PM - Thanks for your note and rating. Wow, sounds great! Did you think it was a bit young? Or, as it appears, the 2010 was hitting its stride? We have yet to crack open our case...perhaps we should?

7/22/2015 6:07:00 AM - Thanks. Very useful. We do not mind waiting for it to open in the bottle or glass. Just finished a Flor de Pingus 2001 after 6+ hours opening in the bottle. We are patient and appreciate the comment!
