Friday, February 10, 2023 - Mini Vertical of ‘12, ‘15, and ‘17 Rousseau LSJ @ Casa Dani NYC. To me ‘12 was WOTN: the most classically Burgundian/Gevrey filled with earthy notes, fine and faintly gritty, most harmonious and ready to go. Not profound like higher end bottlings but plenty to philosophize over.
