Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - The nose is very fresh, with lime, green apple and hints of oak. Tense and coiled on the palate, it builds on layers of fruit and minerals, wrapped in a rich and spicy shell, with excellent balance and structure. Great definition of flavors on the palate, which lasts through the extensive finish. A fantastic example of what the 2011 vintage can offer in white Burgundies. What a treat.
