Still plenty of red fruit and good tannic structure. Over about 3 hours, the wine held its own, and I thought it better at the end of the evening than at the start. For $17 on WineBid, this was an amazingly good, aged, but not yet fully mature, CA Cab. Drank with salumi and home-made pizzas as we planned a wine trip.
