Tuesday, April 4, 2017 - Ran through the Menu aerating decanter and then back into the bottle. Great nose of black fruit, olive, cracked pepper. Crisp acidity, creamy mouthfeel, and flavors of black cherry, plum and dark chocolate. Touches of espresso and cherry pie on the back. So well-made, and absolutely delicious. Wish I had more...drink now with air - 2025.
