Tuesday, June 18, 2019 - 60% Pinot Noir, 30 Pinot Auxerrois and 10% Pinot Gris, made in the traditional method. Very nice and clean, with medium acidity, alcohol (12.5%) and minerality. Green apple, lemon, white peach. There's slight bitter note on the finish. Very food-friendly and palate cleansing.
