Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Pretty great wine here. Brilliant and appealing translucence. If a wine can have an orange/garnet inherent tint, with a blue hue, this has it. All the previous notes hold true with notes of blue raspberry, tar, as in black earth fruits, but also bright red ripe strawberry on the nose. Nice balance between residual sugar, acidity and followed by characteristic xinomavro tannin. Definitely old world and definitely delicious. Rosy and floral elements could come through in time with this wine. :)
