Saturday, March 3, 2012 - Cork solidly intact. Golden color, creamy mouthfeel. A bit of toastiness in the flavor, fairly straightforward with a bit of pear. Peaked at about fifteen minutes, held for an hour or so and then began to pick up a bit of a sherry component. Finished with good acidity. Not the gem I remember from previous tastings, but not DOA either. Drink now.
