Sunday, May 27, 2018 - decanted ~3hrs prior to drinking .. paired with bison ribeye and dry aged beef t-bone... muted on the nose upon decanted and never became terribly aromatic, deep dark color, but on the palate, oh my, dark fruit with some spice and hint of herb/pepper, longish finish ... the four of us nursed it as long as we could .. wish i had a couple more of these but alas, all gone.
