Saturday, November 6, 2021 - This Thibault was was very well balanced, with integrated tannins and a delicious purity and freshness. However, Alex thought the intensity of the bouquet and flavour on the palate were considerably surpassed by the Grivot Chambolle which had fab minerality all the way down, albeit delivered with less sophistication although that improved over the evening. The Thibault is probably not for the long haul.
