Sunday, January 31, 2021 - Quite reticent on day 1, but opened up by the second evening. Somewhat restrained nose with hints of beef blood, cherries, green pepper and leaf litter. Medium-full bodied, smokey, nice acid spine, a bit stemmy (particularly on the nose), smooth tannins. Drinking well now, but needs some air.
