Tuesday, April 29, 2014 - La Tour Restaurant
Rue de le Nouvelle Place, 18300 Sancerre, France.

Upon opening, this Sancerre appeared pleasant through the mid palate, with a quite an abrupt finish.
One hour in, allowing wine to come to room temperature wine is showing
balance, aromas of baked apple & subtle spice.
Enjoyed with entree dishes of Squid & Turbot at La Tours!

89 on open, 91 after an hour to room temperature.
