Thursday, March 7, 2024 - Crumbled cork, so probably not well sealed. Very "mature". Fully bricked color on the rim. Fruit was very muted on opening but opened a bit with time . Lots of acid and complex forest tastes...mushroom, humic soil. This bottle was past its prime (so my rating is also a reflection of my mistake in losing this bottle in storage), but still enjoyable with lamb chops, asparagus, and sage-butter gnocchi.
