Sunday, November 3, 2019 - Dark color. Black cherry and a hint of smoke on the nose. Still quite tannic. Good acid. Medium+ body. Long finish. In a good spot right now. Should drink nicely for a number of years to come. Paired with mushroom bolognese--exquisite!
