Thursday, July 16, 2020 - I agree with the person who said he decanted 7 hours before and I actually opened about four hours before drinking. I decanted after tasting, decanted again in two hours, decanted again before drinking. It leveled out somewhat towards the end of the meal. It tastes good now, but I suspect w I’ll be better in a few more years. Reidel cab glasses
