I agree with the person who said he decanted 7 hours before and I actually opened about four hours before drinking. I decanted after tasting, decanted again in two hours, decanted again before drinking. It leveled out somewhat towards the end of the meal. It tastes good now, but I suspect w I’ll be better in a few more years. Reidel cab glasses

Beautiful showing... Ripe dark fruits, blackberry, dried blueberry, still showing strong. Framed by loam with a stoney granite edge. No noticable oak, alcohol (14.5%) in check, just enough acid to hold things together. No hurry, but fruit likely to fade over 3-5 years more.
