This quickly blows away and we are left with a nose that develops with air and becomes increasingly complex. Meaty, malty, spice, citrus, and deep sea. The wine leaves a mature impression. The palate is characterized by limestone, cured meat, and citrus such as clementines and eventually lemon. Great acidity and length.
