Wednesday, December 10, 2014 - Amazingly strong aromatics of fresh angel food cake, sourdough, and lemon meringue. Drinking puffy clouds in the mouth, light, ethereal, yet fantastic intensity of flavor; super fine bubbles, long persistent finish. Great wine. Classic Comtes.
