Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Drank for New Year's Eve. Bright light yellow; excellent mousse. More ripe than is typical for Blanc des Blanc on the nose and quite full on the palate. This seems very young and although not lacking in acidity it certainly doesn't seem acidic to me as others have noted. Lovely finish. Remainder drinks very well today. Drinks well but no hurry.
