Saturday, October 22, 2016 - Heritage 2016 Blind Wine Tasting Challenge - Chicago "Regional" (The Boarding House - Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Thought it BdB Champagne, even with carbonation mostly gone. Lots of ripe apple and bready notes, I thought it older, thinking perhaps 1996, but in fact it was really showing the house style and vintage ripeness. A Champagne I liked but probably mostly enjoy on the youngish side.
