Wednesday, January 20, 2021 - Really nice champagne with a balance of bright yellow fruit and the more oxidized style of champagne, a nice middle ground if you will. It is complex with along finish and has hints of yeast and bread on the palate. This is in a really nice drinking window now for my preference, not too old but the acidity has been tempered with age.
