Monday, November 2, 2020 - This wine opens with a deep cherry-crimson colour and a fine nose of strawberry, dark cherries, touches of tea leaf and bergamot and an attractive spiciness. The palate has opened out nicely with a round ball of dark cherry fruit leading into a well structured palate with good finesse and length. This wine stands out from other Centra Otago wines in its structure and cool restraint.
