Friday, December 24, 2021 - We had this with Christmas eve dinner with cornish hens, ham and assorted sides. The cork broke in half so was a bit worried that it might be corked. It was not - decanted and waited about 20 minutes - Super supple velvety goodness. While I am a bit sad that I only have one more bottle, not that it was so good and complemented the food perfectly.
