Sunday, November 3, 2013 - My first PL chard and boy was I happy with it. At 55 out if the cellar it was tip top with great lingering acidity, a medium body and fantastic food sense. As it warmed up it became a bit muddier and commonplace with the oak becoming more dominate. Drink chilled or let it lay down for a bit longer.
