Friday, June 22, 2018 - Coravin: golden straw color; tight nose, lean citrus, some loss of spine in mouth, but a little improvement in the glass, nice spice on the persistent finish that shows it’s not ready to be forgotten, but drink up.
Paired nicely with salmon sashimi.
