Saturday, May 4, 2013 - Popped and drank outside on a nice, warm, Maine, May afternoon. Floral, fruity nose that gave away to apple. As it opened up it was like drinking a granny smith apple in wine form. Supple coating with a 20 sec linger on the tongue and mouth.
