Sunday, April 14, 2024 - A lot of toast and ash but improved with air time, quite green, nice silky mouthfeel. Some red fruit. Drinking it with food balanced the strong ash notes and was enjoyable. It is in a strange place and would hold off opening another bottle. Had a very similar experience with a 2011 Bachelet.
