Tuesday, June 15, 2021 - Impressive Champagne with perfect intensity and wonderful aged flavors of dried lemons and clove spice. Cool and crisp with plenty of complexity on the long, ripe finish. Lovely stuff. Chetillons really needs age to express itself.
