Friday, January 19, 2024 - Reading previous reviews I was wondering what we were in for. My wife and I were both floored by this wine. It was Perfectly cellared at 53 degrees since release. I believe we opened it at the perfect time. Silky smooth tannins, fruit is still there, pie cherry and tart blueberry all balanced by a nice acidity, I can’t imagine this wine showing any better. It was such a joy to drink we drank the whole bottle. After each drinking a glass we paired it with Wagyu Ribeye and Chimichuri. Wonderful. If you have any of this left I would suggest drinking now. I believe it is only going to go downhill from here.
