Saturday, May 23, 2015 - Tan label (so probably not a Vieilles Vignes bottling, but who knows with Laurent). Slightly cloudy light red without much fading. Menthol and strawberry fruit. Medium weight. A soft, resolved feel is only disrupted by some ending acidity. Savory blend of soil and red fruit with the tannins largely resolved. An excellent, completely mature wine that falls well short of Grand Cru depth and distinction.
