Thursday, June 25, 2020 - Very dark wine with a bouquet of bittersweet chocolate, ripe blackberries and balsamic overtones. With time the palate is more interesting than the slightly mono dimensional bouquet. The dusty tannins are quite refined and give the wine an overall balance. I think the wine is at its drinking peak and will stay at this level for another 5 years.
