Saturday, July 9, 2022 - Balanced, nice finish, and smooth. Paired w- fried chicken, fois grois, and mashed potatoes at mom's. Dinner w-Heekyung and mom. I really liked the maturity of this wine, still a nice deep purple color, but don't think it will improve.
