Still you can clearly see that this is another very good 07 Riserva with a medium body and nicely integrated acidity giving it a pleasant lift. None of the overripeness, burned fruit and high alcohol levels (this is a moderate 14%) many of the annatas seem to suffer from. Galloni got the vintage completely wrong, it’s the Riservas to go for in 07, and with a few exceptions a pass on the Annatas.
