Wednesday, March 3, 2021 - Four years later this is a little better on the first night with beef bourgignon—two nights later it lost some. Cherries, some spice, medium on the palate—medium finish. Since this seemed to lose something, I would suggest drinking in one sitting, with food and within the next couple of years.
